How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
dont drink soda unless alcohol is involved. drink alot of beer. but i stay away from candy and try to eat more on the healthy side.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
military, started doing crossfit a few years back. been doing it on and off for since.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
LT. at the command i was at got me into crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
in the box monday thru friday
