How I Eat
I eat balanced meals and follow a nutrition plan written by my coach/gym owner. I've learned to look at food more as fuel and know when I eat healthier I'm happier, feel better, and have more energy.

I played youth or high school level sports
I was a runner for 7 years before starting CrossFit. 5k - half marathons. I've been active my whole life and love outdoor sports/activities.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I love CrossFit... The pre-wod butterflies, the team support, and the ability it has given me to push myself physically more than I ever thought possible. I train with a fantastic group of people who encourage one another to maintain good form, keep moving during a WOD, and cheer each other on to PR on strength days. I feel very fortunate to be part of an incredibly positive team at CrossFit Reflexion!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I do double days for extra conditioning. I jog with my dog 3-4 times per week outside of the gym. I always take my active and full rest days... I look forward to Sunday mobility and relaxing!
