Bio

Hi, I'm Chris. I don't 'do' CrossFit regularly anymore, as I specifically coach and train in the sport of Weightlifting... However I do this in a CrossFit Facility (CrossFit Black Five) and the community is as encouraging as ever... so here I am - I hope to see some heavy barbell work (it's my only chance) I write a blog at www.overbehindunder.com - it's a view from the coaches perspective into programming and training. How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat anything and everything, especially if it's clean : )

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I write my own programming

I program for myself and coach weightlifting classes which have a workout included, tailored for weightlifting skills, strength and conditioning. So I do those. It's been 12+ months since I've completed any of the ladies or traditional workouts... this should be fun then!
