I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat anything and everything, especially if it's clean : )
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I program for myself and coach weightlifting classes which have a workout included, tailored for weightlifting skills, strength and conditioning. So I do those. It's been 12+ months since I've completed any of the ladies or traditional workouts... this should be fun then!

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I now train weightlifting specifically.
