How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I do a variation of the Zone Diet. I tend to be carb sensitive so I usually eat one less block of carbs. I try to not eat bread or potatoes and mostly eat fruits and veggies.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at my brother's gym, CrossFit Kinnick.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer for 10 years and volleyball for 5 years. I've always loved being active.
My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My brother Jonathan started CrossFit Kinnick in my other brother (Jeremy)'s gym in 2007. Ever since then I've been hooked! I never thought I'd be able to say I ran a 5k because I've always had health issues and back issues that kept me from running. I am stronger than I ever imagined and can do pull-ups and dips and am on my way to doing muscle ups!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been CrossFitting since 2007. I have been consistently CrossFitting for almost a year. I finally got serious and started doing extra work and getting stronger and better.
