I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Horrible eater! lol. it's all about the cake.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I swam and downhill skied up until my junior year in high school.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
hopefully that will jump to 3-4x a week in a few weeks...
