How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I just try to eat as natural as possible most of the time - if I fancy a treat I'll have it I don't have a specific cheat day or routine.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming

Being a Fire Fighter I work 4 days on 4 days off. So when I'm on shift I do my CrossFit training in our work gym and often force some of the guys to train with me! I am now working with a coach to try and train smarter!?!? But I also add bits in and check the internet like the main site for inspiration. I record all my training so I can look back and make sure that I am making improvements or that I have not neglected any area's for a while.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Started CrossFitting in May 2009 Last year I completed my Level 1, Gymnastics & Olympic Lifting certs This year I have just opened my own box!!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
My body seems to recover better when it's active - rather than taking a complete rest day I will go for a swim or a jog just to keep everything moving.
