How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat when I'm hungry and until I feel full. I throw a few protein shakes in there as well.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played Rugby through high school and college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually work out 3 days in a row then take one day of rest. Depending on my schedule, I will workout 4-5 days in a row and take 2 days off (1 day of Yoga, and 1 day of no working out)
