How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow pretty much a paleo diet with the occassional indulgence. Also reading Mark Sisson's the Primal Blueprint and incorporating that thinking too.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
About May 2010 I went along to a Crossfit Open Day and OMG, what a scene. I did the learner course the following week and pretty much been going ever since. Gave up my globo gym membership and never looked back. I also worked with a Crossfit coach on marathon training and ran my first marathon in Sept 2011 which was an amazing experience.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I try to do a Crossfit session 4 - 5 times per week and yoga about 1 - 2 times per week.
