How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a roughly 85-90% Paleo plan but supplement with some yogurt and rice on a daily basis to help add lean muscle. I eat constantly throughout the day and never allow myself to feel hungry.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
In addition to high school and recreational sports, I served as a Marine Corps Officer, constantly working out and seeking ways of improving strength and endurance.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a close friend who, although uncertified, was a devoted student to and follower of the CrossFit community. I did that for about 4-5 months before joining CrossFit Mount Laurel.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
