How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I generally stick to the paleo plan but on occasion I'll eat things that would make a billy-goat puke.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Salt Lake City CrossFit East. I like to pick things up and put them down.... for time.
My Athletic Background
I spent most of elementary years on the playground as competitive red rover player. As I grew I discovered that I could play a mean game of tag. I'm not going to lie, I'm still pretty awesome at tag. Every couple of months I'll head down to the park and tag random people as they jog by just to keep my skills sharp.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began doing CrossFit at 24 hour Fitness. But after realizing how crazy I looked I decided that I needed to take myself somewhere else.
My Work/Rest Schedule
When I'm not busy bench pressing cars and deadlifting buses I like to take a day off.
