My Athletic Background
In 2006 I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Since then being active has been the best way to manage my health. I exercise for a lifetime of health and wellness.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
Crossfit Lethbridge was my practicum placement in my first year of the Exercise Science program. I was hooked after my first class! I am now a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer through the program.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
High intensity workouts 5x/week Active recovery/mobility day 1x/week Passive rest day 1x/week
