I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat about 90% Paleo, with a little added dairy.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
High School football and Rugby player, with a stint at the college football level. Been working out since I was 13, and have been involved with some form of the fitness or nutrition industry ever since.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I generally train a 3 on/ 1 off, 2 on/1 off schedule.
