Bio

Born and raised in NJ, moved to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland, College Park, and have called Baltimore home ever since. I am still fairly new to Crossfit and had no prior training in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, power lifting or in any type of organized training since high school. I found 12 Labours, formerly Crossfit Syndicate through a trainer at my old gym about 18 months ago, and the rest is history. I am a proud member of the 12L family and look forward to continuing my growth physically, mentally and emotionally through Crossfit.
