My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I think everyone has a story about Crossfit changing something about them and/or their life style. That's what makes the Crossfit community so unique. We're all trying to achieve better health and we're encouraging each other along the way. Crossfit has changed my life as a Type I diabetic. I am taking much better care of myself and Crossfit has been a great reminder of how important it is to make my health a priority. Thank you Amy and JB for sharing your Kool-Aid with me.
