Synchronized swimming, wushu, ballet, tai chi, modern, jazz, and West African dance, yoga, running, rock climbing,...over the years I've done lots of different stuff...huh?
My Experience With CrossFit

I totally love this stuff.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
Some days I double up yoga and rock climbing. But trying to climb after crossfit in the morning? Not climbing so strong on those days ;-)
