Synchronized swimming, wushu, ballet, tai chi, modern, jazz, and West African dance, yoga, running, rock climbing,...lots of stuff.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I totally love this stuff.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
Not multiple crossfit workouts, but sometimes crossfit and climbing happen in the same day.
