Nick Jeffs, Oli Barnes and Craig Massey first introduced me to Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I usually incorporate 1-2 rest days per week. I train twice a day 1-2 times per week when work allows. Averaging about 7 total sessions per week. I mainly attend the Crossfit classes programmed by my box, but occasionally do my own workouts and active recovery.
