My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My first experience was donating to the breast cancer benefit and participating in Grace at Barbells for Boobs at CrossFit Chicago. Had never performed clean and jerks and was completely destroyed. I was hooked immediately.
