How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try my best to eat clean but I also love food and shit happens
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have currently been following The Outlaw Way but I also love to incorporate programming from the great coaches at CrossFitSouthBay
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Grew up playing basketball, played indoor volleyball in high school and used to surf a ton. Started lifting weights in college and still love beach volleyball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
began by following the main site wods by myself at a Gold's Gym. I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certification course and I am now a trainer at CrossFit SouthBay and CrossFit SouthBay Torrance.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I hate rest days and try to train as often as possible but some days are hectic and I am unable to train.
