I did both football and wrestling in high school and college. Also played rugby while in college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My brother is a coach at Inferno, and started following the workouts posted from my home gym, and started sending him videos of my workouts for his critique.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Usually, Do CF workouts 3-4 days per week.
