I have been a runner since I was 12. I didn't discover crossfit until April 15, 2013. Ever since then, I have gotten stronger, more confident, and I run less, but faster! My favorite crossfit exercises are burpees (YES!) wallballs, box jumps, and any kind of running added into the wod. I was never a big fan of lifting, but I even enjoy doing that now! Crossfit Beverly is my home box and it is the best place ever! I have never felt more at home, and it is without a doubt a family. I have the best of friends there, we all support each other, and I spend wayyyy more time there than I ever would at any other gym. Crossfit has changed my life for the better and I hope to continue to improve as an athlete. :)
