How I Eat
I usually eat with a knife and fork...sometimes a spoon if I'm in the mood. Clean during the week...Dirty on the weekend.
How I Train
I train at CrossFit Select and do whatever WOD is on the board. I also train at Pirates gym with my students if I'm in the mood.
My Athletic Background
I played soccer in university...a long time ago. I also played volleyball and throwing events in T&F in high school an even longer time ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I incorporate CrossFit style (but I don't call it CrossFit) workouts with my high school fitness classes. I also try to get everyone I know to join CrossFit. I wish they had CrossFit for pets...if I had a pet I would sign them up.
My Work/Rest Schedule
My goal is to train 4-5 times per week. Rest days are for the weak...I'm usually weak on the weekends when I'm eating dirty.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started at CFS in May 2013...and I still can't string together my T2B. Wtf.
