How long have you been doing CrossFit?
The week before my 49th birthday, I decided to switch it up: I was getting bored with only doing cardio/endurance-based stuff and decided to try this crazy-ass workout I heard about called "crossfit". I've been sore for nearly 2 yrs straight now, but in a good way. This is my first OPEN. I don't expect to break or set any records for my age category. I just want to participate with my buddies at my Box. It's about to get real. IT'S ALL GOOD !!
