Stallion, big, strong, eloquent, graceful. All words that do not describe me.
How I Eat
Whataburger, more specifically the patty melt.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I prefer to go with the "grab bag" approach to working out. Meaning, little to no structure and usually doing what seems like a decent workout. I have found it is vital to build rest into the workout.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Splish splash I swam in a cold chlorinated bath.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Every time I decide to workout, it is a life changing experience. It seems as 3, 2, 1, count down begins, I question all my life decisions up to that point in time. "What are you doing with your life, Friends is on Netflix, you can train like a champion tomorrow." After those thoughts, I begin to console myself, "It'll be ok Josh, this won't be too bad, you drank enough water." As it turns out, running 2.5 miles with a 50 pound sandbag is actually hell and no, I did not drink enough water.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
After a week, more like a day, probably a few minutes in all actuality, of intensive research, I have found that one workout every couple days is optimum for max benefits.
