Bio

Grew up in El Paso, Tx and spent most of my life playing basketball. Eventually made my way to Houston, Tx to attend the University of Houston where I graduated with a degree in Engineering Technology with a focus in Construction Management. Now I build rail systems for a living and Crossfit on my free time. My goal is to be a part of a regional team next year and to be an individual regional athlete by the time I'm 30.

How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

6 days strict Paleo and 1 cheat day/meal per week.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I train at Crossfit Eado and follow programming by Andrew Killion.

Varsity basketball in high school with the potential to play in college. Played various recreational sports in college including football, softball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Started at Crossfit Underworld in Dallas, Tx followed by Crossfit Bolt in Dallas, Tx.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
