Bio

Started Crossfit in April 2013. I have no background in competitive sports growing up. I always worked out at a global gym after high school just to stay fit and active. I've always loved high paced and intense workouts, so when I came across Crossfit I knew it was going to be something I would enjoy and I've been hooked ever since.
