I am a firefighter/EMT who started CrossFit less than a year ago. My fire department also does CrossFit.

How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

About 50-100 percent paleo. Depends on the week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
