I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat what I want.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was on my high school golf team, and a high school football/wrestling cheerleader. I have never considered myself really athletic.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My husband who now is level 1 certified pushed me into Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I am a teacher so I try to workout in the afternoon after school/tutoring.
