How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat as clean as I can, but won't deny myself something good if I really want it. Life is too short for that.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played baseball most of my life, but threw the javelin in college for 3 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I workout as hard as I can, sometimes multiple times a day, but I listen to my body and rest when appropriate.
