I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat as close to Paleo as possible and keep food quality as high as I can.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I follow an Olympic weightlifting program and incorporate Crossfit as best as I can.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I competed in sprints and horizontal jumps in track and field before finding Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit.
