Starting in 2011, I was a big O-Lineman with a lack of motivation to train on my own. I knew how to and what to do in the gym, just couldn't figure it out. Learned how Crossfit operated, literally the same as being on a team where a warm up, lift and WoD were pre-planned, I instantly fell in love. It has taken a little more time to get more serious, But now I am cutting weight and getting in shape for 2014.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
