I played youth or high school level sports
2 years tee-ball & gymnastics around kindergarten age. Casual summer-league soccer from age 7 to 18. No other formal strength & conditioning programs have ever been used, other than Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I learned the basics from other Crossfitters at a globo-gym facility. After a year of programming for myself I joined an affiliate (Crossfit Rockford) and have seen tremendous results.
