I'm the mother of 6 children; Crossfit is my therapy. ;) I've been blessed to have the opportunity to take something I love and use it to help other people realize how strong they can be as well. I love seeing the progress I've made since beginning Crossfit in late 2012, but it thrills me to no end, when my fellow athletes and people I train begin to see their own Progress.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat about a 90% paleo diet. I allow myself 1 cheat meal a week.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports

I played high school, Junior Olympic, & college volleyball.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I began Crossfit July 2012. After about a month & a half, I had to quit almost all activity due to random rib pain. I began Crossfit again April 2013, and I haven't stopped since. :)
