Coached gymnastics at the age of 18, played soccer for a few years and then found CrossFit to be the balance of my interest in being athletic and have never stopped.
How I Eat
I eat healthy but not afraid to indulge when needed.
How I Train
Mostly at CrossFit Aduro or CrossFit Affiliates where we have a coach that determines the programming- however I also incorporate the movements while at home, on vacation and in day to day.

Gymnastics background as well as few years of soccer.

Through a friend from another Affiliate.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Some days 1-2 workouts some times I rest for 3- 4 days
