I taught Group Exercise classes for 15+ years before Skip & I found CrossFit in 2005.

My husband Skip found CrossFit in summer 2005- fell in love with it- became certified and we opened the 47th affiliate (Mt. Baker CrossFit) in the world in 2005. A couple of years later, we opened another affiliate (Crossfit Whidbey Island)- and although our life is crazy/ busy- we have been blessed to train and befriend 100's of people. CrossFit changes people's lives. It has been an honor to be a part of that.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually workout 4-5 days a week.
