I eat whatever is convenient
I travel too much so I essentially live out of airports and I am at the mercy of whatever concourse I happen to be in.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train mainly at Crossfit Sixth City as well as Crossfit CLE and a few other locations around the country when I am out on the road.

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Currently average about 1-2x a month. Consistent training is a real challenge at the moment.
