Hi! I'm Joel. I'm a Compliance Analyst at Investors Group. I started Crossfit as something to do with my wife and I've been hooked ever since. I like any workout with a barbell and struggle with everything else. Other likes include running with my Rottweiler, watching every basketball game I possibly can and collecting things in JRPG's. Since we are a "metal" box; my favoirite metal bands are Korn and Slipknot. Corey Taylor's voice is wonderful. That is all.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I really just try to stay away from sugar and salt.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
