I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout anywhere, home, streets, parks, regular gym, but mainly crossfit gym.

I played youth or high school level sports
I was always into sport. Started witg soccer since I was young. Then began weightlifting then found crossfit and I love every single thing about it.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do what i can. I work long shifts and on my days off i do atleast 2 workouts per day, that is 3-4 days a week. The rest i can only do 1 workout a day.
