How I Eat
Usually start my day off with a coffee, heavy creamer and extra whipped cream.
How I Train
I like to warm up by running my mouth from 10-15 minutes each day, depending on the day.
My Athletic Background
I consider myself a division 1 athlete since I played on the practice squad with the women's basketball team at Cal.
My Experience With CrossFit
Is like if you took P90X and the Insanity workout, pumped them full of steroids and then bred beautiful olympic lifting children.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually get into the office Monday through Friday, but occasionally throw in a weekend. I like to get sleep on most nights. Ummmmmmmmmmmmm yeah.....(Office Space Lumberg voice)
