Retired from the Sport of Fitness. I coach quite a few people that are better than you, so thats pretty exciting.
How I Eat
For 3 months out of the year, I try to fit as much pizza, chipotle, cheeseburgers, and alcohol into my body as possible. For the remaining 9 months, I helplessly try to reverse the damage that has been done.
How I Train
I'm really not sure. I am honestly surprised that I am even able to get out of bed most mornings.
My Athletic Background
After becoming bored with breaking my body while wrestling, I chose to do the same in the ring, fighting MMA. I then I thought to myself, "why stop there?". I can break my body much faster doing CrossFit! Yay!
My Experience With CrossFit
I have come to the realization that in order to be competitive in "functional" fitness, you must sacrifice functionality in everyday life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Hammer strikes to my joints on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Try to piece them back together on Thursday and Sunday.
