Have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Also certified as an ACSM Health Fitness Specialist.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Depending on how I feel I will workout twice a day. I usually take 2 rest days/week.
