How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat about 80 Paleo, no measuring. Just eat good clean protein. Stay away from the bad stuff!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 to 4 days a week. With cardio on my off days.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Soccer and ran track. Little basketball. Have always spent alot of time in the gym. Up unitl last year I realized I was doing the wrong thing!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
