How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
GET BIG! GET BIG! I am eating pizza, chips and salsa, bread, bread and bread. I love cheeseburgers and fries... my favorite. I used to only drink an occasional glass of wine, but now I drink beer on the days I don't have my chardonnay. My coaches told me to "Get Big, and eat like the PaleNO."
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
And... yoga. Hopefully my newfound flexibility will result in a superfast snatch.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I WOD when my kiddos are in school. Otherwise, I work on getting supertight by driving my little yahoos around, yelling at them to do what I say, being their personal chef, and sitting and watching them play basketball and soccer, swim, do gymnastics and participate in Girls on the Run. Yes, they do all those sports at one time.
