I coach and manage the CrossFit Kids program at my local affiliate, Crossfit Diversion. I train once to twice daily with one rest day and one active recovery day weekly. I want to continue to get better, become stronger and faster. My goal is to lead by example and show my daughter what it means to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
