How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I stopped eating garbage, grains, and (most) refined sugar. Kinda-sorta paleo with butter, I guess.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I ran HS track and cross country, my freshman and sophomore years, but kept getting injured. Then I discovered beer and remained on the couch until May of 2013 when I started CrossFit.
