How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I stopped eating garbage, pasta, and (most) refined sugar. I have yet to go all-in and do a strict paleo or Zone diet. I still eat ice cream, and Justin's peanut butter cups, and lots of 'em.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out at CrossFit Roots, which is the best CrossFit shop on the planet. They follow the main site's programming, with some of their own mojo mixed in. I just do what they tell me to do. =)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I ran track (1 mile and 2 mile) and cross country, my freshman and sophomore years of high school. Then I discovered beer and remained on the couch until May of 2013 when I discovered CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to get in to the gym 5x/week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
