Dont really know what to put in there, but here goes: I started crossfit in november of 2013, i've been thinking about it for some time and thought that i should just sign in and start doing crossfit for real and not once a week at the local gym that had a crossfit class. The reason i crossfit is because it really makes me exhausted, i NEVER have anything left after a wod and i just love it.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Every now and then i do some wods or strength workouts besides the affiliate on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was athletic before i hurt my back (played soccer, football and basketball at a high level). I have been not doing anything for about 3-4 years before i started getting in some nutrition and a little workout and then went over to crossfit. Still have problems with my back, but im working on making it better and stronger
