How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Still making my transition to paleo, but seeing great results from the changes I have made so far!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out at the Ohio Krav Maga Lewis Center location 2-3 times per week and absolutely love it there. I also play basketball at least once per week.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I'm down probably 50 pounds of fat and have gained significant muscle. As someone approaching my mid 30s who weighed over 300 pounds when I started crossfit, I can say I truly believe crossfit has saved my life. It also finally sparked the motivavation within me to change my diet. I always knew it was terrible but never cared enough to change it, crossfit gave me that motivation to learn about a truly optimal diet (paleo) and then act on the knowledge.
