I do my own programming and sometimes I follow the main-site WODs. My training consists of CrossFit workouts as well as specific olympic and power lifting programs.
My Athletic Background
I was a gym rat for many years prior to discovering CrossFit. I taught martial arts for 30 years.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I became affiliated in 2005. CrossFit is much more than a business to me. It’s a passion. It affords me the opportunity to impact the lives of our clients in a positive way.
