How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
No milk. I try to keep things as fresh as I can.

Club and Highschool Varsity Swimteam (Lettered 4-Years) since age 6. Junior and Senior High Track and Field (Lettered - Senior Year)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Began at my local box's teens level freshman year. Since then graduated to the open level training every day.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Rest days are few and far between. Still doing something active on rest days, like a short bike ride/run or a long walk.
