I am a full time physical therapist and part time professional CrossFitter in St Louis, MO at Blues City Athletics. I competed at the CrossFit Central Regional in 2014 on a team finishing 4th. After PT clinicals in 2015, I competed individually at the Central Regional in 2016 (20th), 2017 (WD with broken rib) and 2018 (7th). In 2019 I qualified individually to the CrossFit Games (59th) through Wodapallooza. In 2020 I went team with Mayhem Independence qualifying for the Games after winning the Australia CrossFit Championship (Games canceled due to Covid). In 2021 going back to a true affiliate cup, I joined my home gym team Blues City Athletics in placing 5th at the West Coast Classic and earning a spot to the NoBull CrossFit Games (25th). 2022 brings another opportunity for my Blues City Athletics team to build upon our success. I was a swimmer at Saint Louis University for 4 years and competed in swimming, pole vault, and cheerleading in high school.
