My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Began by hearing about it through the grapevine, being bored with my gym routine, wanted a new personal challenge and missed the team aspect of sports.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I typically workout 6 days a week, sometimes doubles on Saturdays
